What should I check before a bingo round?
Read the target pattern and the way the game expects you to mark a card or claim a completed pattern. Check the round timer and any entry requirements before joining.
Are all bingo patterns the same?
No. A game can ask for a line, a group of spaces or another displayed pattern. The current room's instructions determine what counts; do not assume the previous round's pattern still applies.
Why did the round begin before I was ready?
Some rooms follow a shared timer rather than starting when you select a card. Review the countdown and room instructions, and wait for the next round if you are unsure of the controls.
What if a number or card seems out of sync?
Check the connection if the game is online and note the round or room details. Use the game's own support option for a disputed result because ASWIN Games cannot inspect the session.
What do the rewards shown on a card represent?
Read the game's credit and reward terms. A displayed amount or completed pattern does not automatically imply a cash payment or withdrawal entitlement.
How do I move to a new phone?
Check the app's sign-in and backup instructions before switching devices. Keep the old installation until the supported transfer is complete. Ask the game service about any progress that does not appear.
