Why do different cards have different instructions?
A number-matching card, a symbol card and a bingo-style card can use different ways to determine a result. Read the individual card's guide rather than assuming every card works the same way.
What does a displayed credit or prize value mean?
Check the app's explanation of its credits and rewards. A number on the screen does not by itself establish that it can be withdrawn or exchanged. ASWIN Games does not make a cash-value promise for linked titles.
Why is a card unavailable?
The card may depend on the app version, a game setting or a requirement shown in the lobby. Check the notice next to the card and the app's help screen for the specific reason.
What should I check if scratching does not respond?
Close any overlay, check that the app has finished loading and try restarting it. If the issue remains, note your device model, app version and the affected card before using the app's help channel.
How can I protect my progress when changing devices?
Before removing the app from your old device, check its account or backup options. Follow the recovery process supplied by the game service. ASWIN Games cannot retrieve another service's saved game data.
